1:1 Counselling/Psychotherapy including EMDR & Clinical Supervision.

Sonya is an accredited UKCP Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialising in trauma and addiction over the past 17 years. Experienced in using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), past abuse, rape, phobias and addiction. Sonya is an accredited EMDR Consultant with EMDR Europe. She is also a member of BACP (The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), EMDR UK & Ireland, HAP & EAGALA and is on the Voluntary Register. Co-Chair of EMDR Asooc. East Anglia.  Sonya has a small ‘Pets As Therapy’ dog called Foxy Lady who can join the therapy session if required!
